Every project starts with understanding your story. We’ll ask you to complete a brief questionnaire to learn more about your vision, values, and goals. Then, we create a moodboard and concept direction before moving into the actual design phase.
We’ll need a clear idea of your business, your audience, and your goals. Any existing materials (like a logo, photos, or color palette) are also helpful. Most of all, we need your openness to share your story; that’s what helps us design something that truly reflects you.
While we do have some base packages, each project is unique. Pricing depends on the scope, deliverables, and timeline; so after we discuss your needs, we’ll send a tailored proposal that fits your brand and budget.
No problem; additional revisions can always be added through a small add-on fee, depending on the type of work. Our goal is to make sure you feel fully satisfied with the final result.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the final design.
The deposit secures your project in our schedule and allows us to start planning and preparing your design. For that reason, deposits are non-refundable once the creative process begins. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and before any work has started, we can discuss a partial refund.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal; whichever feels easier for you.
The remaining 50% must be paid within 3 days of the project’s completion and approval. Files will be delivered once the full payment is received.
